When it comes to our fur babies, we want nothing but the best.

Our animals are like our children, they have good days and bad. They can make us mad, they can make us laugh uncontrollably, make us worry, and everything in between.

By working closely with my clients, this is exactly what I aim to capture in my artwork... their personality, their essence, their soul.

They are so attuned to the physical reality around them, their almost otherworldly senses, and their awe inspiring power and grace, it will stop you in your tracks.

With a previous 15yr career in Wild & Domestic Animal Rehabilitation, I had the rare opportunity to work up close and personal with so many majestic creatures.

This unique perspective allows me to draw upon my own experiences as I pour my heart and soul into each painting, striving to capture the true spirit of these animals and their emotions at that specific moment in time.

I have always been infatuated with the stories, the legends of old, and believing somehow, someway they exist somewhere.

For the realms that we do not have access to with our cameras, we do have the power of AI.

I utilize this fascinating technology to help me create a truly life-like reference photo to work from, along with my own editing capabilities using Photoshop. Together, we can create a truly out of this world reference photo to bring your imagination to life!

  • ACRYLICS

    Acrylics are a stunning, bold & colorful way to appreciate your artwork. Being able to physically touch your art piece adds a sense of concrete realism to your new artwork.

    Triple sealed with archival, UV resistant, Satin Varnish, you can have the peace of mind to hang your new work of art without the worry of fade from sunlight.

    Typical border sizes (depth) range from .75" for plein air framing, to 1.5" for the bold statement piece. Larger custom sizes also available.

  • CHARCOAL

    Charcoal is a beautiful medium that creates astounding hyperrealism effects in a minimalist fashion.

    Charcoal is the oldest artistic medium known to man. Still seen on cave wall paintings today, it will always remain a classic.

    Black Charcoal are works available on either archival paper or canvas.

    Canvas charcoal drawings are a special treat as they can be sealed & varnished just like an acrylic painting, while white charcoal pieces are available on black archival paper only and must be framed.

  • PASTELS

    Dry Pastels have an incredible softness to them that brings your beloved pet or favorite image to life in a vibrant and realistic medium that has been around for centuries.

    Used by artists such as Pablo Picasso, Edgar Degas and Mary Cassatt, this medium is as old as oil paints.

    It's popularity and recognition has faded in the western world unfortunately, but it is one of my favorite mediums to work in.

    All my pastel works are created on a specialty fibrous paper/board which allows the medium to have extensive layers while also maintaining a 'velvety' feel and look.

    Pastel portraits must be mounted and framed behind glass so that you can enjoy your artwork for many years to come!

    FOCUSING ON WHAT'S MOST IMPORTANT

    Portraits typically have no background (white), a solid color, simple hue, or a subtle variation of colors.

    It's all about focusing on the subject that you are commemorating.

    Portraits are available in all sizes, if the size you would like is not listed here, you can calculate the cost @ $8 CAD/sq inch.

  • FULL PAINTINGS

    YOUR ENTIRE IMAGE IN ALL ITS GLORY

    Full paintings are all about painting the bigger picture, whether it is a giant close up of an animal or a complex landscape or a jungle scene, you will have the entire dramatic effect!

    Full paintings are available in all sizes, if the size you would like is not listed here, you can calculate the cost @ $10 CAD/sq inch.

COMMUNICATION

I clearly communicate directly with my customers throughout the entire process.

Updated images are available upon request as your artwork takes shape. I take great care to ensure the entire process is a smooth and enjoyable experience.

This is a timely process, I am not satisfied until you are happy with your finished artwork.

TIME FRAMES

Time frames are dependent on existing bookings, size and complexity of the artwork.

If any editing/alterations are to be either created or altered to the image ahead of time, this will of course increase the timeframe.

This will all be discussed on a case by case basis.

PACKAGING

✨ALL ORIGINAL ARTWORKS COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

  • CANVAS - Stretched canvas 18"x24" and smaller will be safely wrapped and secured inside a beautiful gift box, which will be in turn, placed inside a mailing box. Any canvases larger than 18"x24" will be unstretched and rolled in mailing tubes to ensure no damage during transport.
  • PASTEL & CHARCOAL - artworks will be covered by glassine, a protective film to prevent any smudging or rubbing during transport. They are then sealed inside a cellophane sleeve for extra protection. This will then be placed inside a gift box, and then inside a mailing box.
  • These works are not mounted inside a matte border, as I deal in giant sizes as well as small sizes. If you require mounting, please let me know, extra cost will incur as it will change all dimensions and cost for shipping.

SHIPPING

  • Insured domestic & international shipping is included in the price.
  • Duties & customs, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer upon arrival to your country.
  • Tracking # will be emailed to you once your art piece has been shipped.
